All payments are final. Neither refunds nor withdrawals are permitted.

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

Sending emails through our services is strictly prohibited and can only be enabled at our discretion.

Your servers will be suspended if your balance reaches $0.00 for a maximum of 48 hours. Once this period has passed, your servers will be permanently destroyed.

Each user is allowed only one account. Multiple accounts may be terminated without notice, along with your servers, if you are found to have more than one.

If you violate these terms of service, your account and/or servers may be suspended without notice.

We reserve the right to suspend your account and/or servers without warning if you violate our Acceptable Use Policy.
